What do I need to get started?

Use MNbenefits for financial assistance on-line applications.
Or download the printable Combined Application Form (CAF) (PDF) and mail,
fax or drop off at our Glenwood or Elbow Lake offices.
To see if you might be eligible for Financial Assistance programs, visit Bridge to Benefits, an online screening tool provided by the children’s Defense Fund.
